What is your greatest distraction?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for June 26, 2008:
Lately, work. But this is hard because I love the work I do and my "issue" is that for the past year I have taken on too many projects and responsibilities. I know that I need to let go of some but need to stop and look at which and why.
What is it distracting me from - having more time for me & fun. So, having just seen this, I will look at how to shift it.
