Drums - all kinds of hand drums and kit too. I love to dance to the beats and to watch people move. Beats can be so simple and primal or complicated divisions of time. They touch me at the core and help me to connect, with mySelf, Earth, Others.

Off the top of my head, if I had all the time in the world I would swim, dance, play, write, practice yoga, read, take photos, spend time with friends and family, share, sit by lakes and rivers, walk through forests, make love, ride my bike, learn an instrument and play music and travel. I would do all the things I enjoy doing but more often and perhaps for longer periods of time than I do now.
No doubt I would spend more time volunteering for more organizations & participate in campaigns supporting human rights and environmental issues.
And I am sure I will think of more things as the day goes on :)

I am so sorry I have been so out of touch - with you, with me. Every day I recieve these questions and for the past month or more have read them and deleted as I have been "too busy" to reply and take the time for me.
I started a (fabulous) new job and have put so much of myself into it I have not made time for me or you.
Sorry about that. I am glad to have done so in this moment and send you and me love and support.

The following things came to mind upon contemplating what lifts my spirits:
Being in the presence of my nieces and nephews, swinging on a swing set, swimming in the ocean, dancing. Hmm, music, friends and family, a walk in the forest, journalling - and sunshine.

I would recommend people volunteer wherever they feel inspired to. If they weren't sure I would encourage them to be still and listen to their inner voice and see what feels right for them.
